Rakesh Agarwalla is a result-oriented senior finance leader with over 20 years of experience in managing finance and accounting operations. Currently, as the Vice President of Finance at Cyient, Rakesh plays a key role in financial reporting for over 30 countries under IGAAP/IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring balance sheet assurance and cash flow management. Rakesh has previously served as CFO for Wipro's TES Business Unit and held various financial positions across multiple geographies, enhancing systems and procedures to drive organic growth and adherence to compliance. Rakesh holds a B.Com (Honors) from the University of Calcutta and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
