Rune Westergård

Rune Westergård is an entrepreneur and author, known for founding the technology consultancy company Citec Group over 30 years ago, which has grown into a global operation employing 1,250 individuals. After selling the majority share of Citec, Rune has focused on research and writing, strongly believing in solving environmental challenges through innovative and cleaner technologies. Rune currently serves as an author at ettjordklot.com, a board member at Nordic Logistic Center Vaasa, and holds various other positions, while also preparing to publish their first book, "One Planet Is Enough." Rune holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Vaasa.
