Santosh Kumar is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in new product development and implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at Cyient since September 2023, Santosh has successfully delivered projects related to medical devices. Previously, at Tech Mahindra from April 2017 to August 2023, Santosh led significant NPI programs for GE refrigerators, achieving 100% on-time delivery and facilitating substantial cost savings. In earlier roles at Marmon Food & Beverage Technologies and TVS Motor Company, Santosh drove the development of various innovative systems and managed production implementations. Santosh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
