Sorousha Moayer, PhD, serves as Program Director - AI at South32, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of analytics programs that drive key business decisions. Additionally, Sorousha is the Global Practice Lead for Analytics & BI at Cyient. Previously, Sorousha held several critical roles including Director at McKinsey & Company and Solution Leader for AI & Analytics at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey. Academic experience includes a position as Adjunct Lecturer at Murdoch University and a strong educational background with a PhD in Engineering from Murdoch University, a Master's in Information Technology Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
