Subhajit Ghosh

Subhajit Ghosh is a legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in various regions, currently serving as the Director - Legal & Compliance at Cyient since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the legal and compliance functions for EMEA and APAC, leading contract negotiations, and managing M&A transactions. Previously, Ghosh held significant roles at Birlasoft as Sr Manager Legal for Continental Europe and the UK, and at Tech Mahindra as Lead Legal Counsel for the Americas, focusing on corporate legal perspectives, compliance advisory, and litigation management. Earlier positions include Legal Counsel for India & the Middle East at Atos and Senior Executive Legal at Tata Technologies. Ghosh earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
