Michael Preiss

Michael Preiss is currently a Partner and Head of the Swiss Office at h&z Management Consulting, where they lead the Value Creation / Cost-Out Practice. They have extensive experience as a management advisor in the manufacturing industry, focusing on areas such as procurement, cost/value engineering, and business transformation. With previous roles including Managing Director at GBC Solutions AG and Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Michael has also held interim positions at ABB and Zumtobel Lighting. They completed a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering at Universität Karlsruhe (TH) and were a PhD student at ETH Zurich.
