Muhammad Ashraf is currently a Threat Detection and Response Analyst at Cylert, a role they began in 2026. Previously, they served as a SOC Analyst T2 and SOC Analyst at a major bank, where they were involved in incident handling, threat intelligence, and SIEM management. Muhammad also gained valuable experience as a Cybersecurity Intern at the Information Technology Institute and as a Blue Team Intern at CyberTalents. Their foundational experience includes serving in the Egyptian Armed Forces from 2021 to 2022. Muhammad graduated with excellence from the Alexandria Higher Institute of Engineering & Technology.
