Nir Hacham

Nir Hacham is the current VP of Finance at Cymbio. Prior to joining Cymbio, Nir was the CFO at Britannica Knowledge Systems from January 2018 to December 2020. During their time at Britannica, Nir took a major role in strategic planning, shifting the business model to SaaS, and forming new business KPI’s. Nir also led the establishment of a new ESOP plan and brought the US entity into operational mode.

Nir has vast experience with legal aspects including but not limited to debt agreements, article of association, investors rights agreement, T&C and privacy policies, various types of suppliers agreements (service, software, lease), B2B agreements and employment agreements. Nir is also responsible for all operational financial aspects in the company including revenues, expenses, cash flow management, and payroll.

Nir has a team that includes a controller, economist, bookkeepers and admin manager.

Nir Hacham has a B.A in Accounting & Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, an M.A in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and is certified as a public accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Their manager is Roy Avidor, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Jolene Amit - VP, Marketing, Gilad Zirkel - CTO, and Jeremy Sable - Director of Sales.
