Sever Bodea

Sever Bodea is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at CYMI S.A. since September 2021, Bodea previously held various leadership roles at ABB Inc from June 1991 to April 2021, including National Technical Director, Engineering Supervisor, Project Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Transcanada Transformers Services from 1987 to 1991. Bodea holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitatea Cluj Napoca, completed between 1980 and 1986, and an Electrical Technician degree focused on Power Systems, Generation, and Distribution from Electrotechnical High School #1 in Cluj Napoca, Romania.
