Guy Ron

Guy Ron has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Guy is the Founder and CEO of Cynapse since January 2016. Guy is currently serving as the Board Director and Technology Advisor at Rider Dome since January 2021.

Guy has also worked as a Public Speaker at Industry Events, focusing on Vision AI, Cyber Security, and Smart City topics, from an unknown start date to 2022.

Prior to that, Guy Ron worked as the Managing Director at Bayon Cyber Security and was responsible for the Group-Wide Cyber Security Strategy at BHP Billiton, both from December 2014 to December 2015.

Before joining these companies, they had an extensive tenure at Microsoft Corporation where they held various roles. Guy served as the Asia Industry Director, Smart City and Homeland/Cyber Security from July 2011 to December 2014, APAC Industry Manager, Public Safety & Cyber Security from September 2008 to July 2011, Manager of Cyber Security Practice from July 2006 to August 2008, Manager of Consulting Services (MCS) from February 2005 to August 2008, and Senior Technology Advisor from May 2002 to January 2005.

Additionally, Guy Ron has experience as the VP R&D at Shelron Group from an unknown start date to 2002, R&D Director at Art-In from an unknown start date to 1999, Software Development Lead at Intel Corporation from an unknown start date to 1998, and R&D Lead at Israel Ministry of Defense from an unknown start date to 1994.

Guy Ron completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1994 and 1998. Guy then pursued further education at Rutgers Business School and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in 2014.
