Tim Linacre

Tim Linacre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, financial consulting, and investment banking. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for SDX Energy plc and Frenkel Topping Group plc since June 2018, Linacre also holds advisory roles and has been involved with various companies since June 2024. Previously, Linacre was the Global CEO and Senior Managing Partner at Instinctif Partners and held significant positions at Panmure Gordon, including CEO and Chairman of Investment Banking. Early career experiences include roles at Deloitte Haskins and Sells and corporate finance positions at Hoare Govett. Linacre’s educational background includes a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
