Mike Caudle

Mike Caudle is an accomplished Area Manager with extensive experience in retail and operations management. They served as a Retail Area Manager for T-Mobile from 2002 to 2016, where they oversaw store operations, team leadership, and marketing strategies. Subsequently, Mike held positions at AmeriGas, including Territory General Manager and Interim Director of Territory Operations, where they consistently ranked among the top performers and led a team of 70 while managing operations across 56 facilities. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Athens State University, further enhancing their skills in leadership and strategic thinking.
