Jon Dozhier

Jon Dozhier is a transformational leader and results-driven strategist with over a decade of experience in leading high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Director at Cyncly, they previously held director roles at ProfitSolv and Heartland Payment Systems, where they focused on sales, organizational growth, and process optimization. Jon owns Handhün LLC, consulting on cultural and economic changes to enhance business operations. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, alongside studies in Biology and Theatre at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University, respectively.
