Igor R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software development field. Igor currently holds the position of Chief SW Architect at Cynet Security since June 2021.

Prior to that, Igor worked at Radware starting from February 2017 until August 2021. During their time there, they held the role of Big Data Software Architect where they were recognized as the MVP of 2020 for leading the architecture, execution, and implementation of a new cloud native cyber security system. Igor also led cost reduction initiatives, built a robust and scalable system architecture, and wrote feature specs and designs for major system components.

Before joining Radware, Igor worked at Seculert (Acquired by Radware) from September 2015 to January 2017. In this role as Hands-On Backend Java Lead, they led a small team and was responsible for developing ML, analytics, and backend services. Igor also designed and implemented core components of a new product, including ML and backend workflows.

Prior to Seculert, Igor worked at OpTier from December 2012 to March 2014. Igor held the position of Senior Backend Java Server Developer, where they designed and developed a high scale solution for transaction activity with search capabilities. Igor also implemented security modules for authentication and debugged memory leaks.

Igor's previous experience includes a role as a Senior Backend C++ Server Developer at OpTier from November 2009 to December 2012, where they researched and reverse engineered Windows and .NET components.

Their career started at IDF, where they worked as a Software Developer from September 2004 to October 2009. In this role, Igor led the development of security and RCA components of a network controlling system, solving critical complex problems and working with Java, EJB, JMS, multi-threading, and Hibernate.
