Michael Azer

Michael Azer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael is currently working as a QA Engineer at Cynet Security since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Dialogic from 2015 to September 2021 as a Performance QA Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for defining and auditing test documents, bug tracking, and analysis of complex problems. Michael also led product final release activities and defined automation test requirements and methodologies.

Before joining Dialogic, Michael worked at Avaya from July 2013 to 2015 as a QA Engineer. Here, they worked on developing solutions for Video&Voice over IP conferencing communication, specifically testing the MCU (multiple conferencing unit) and GW320 (ISDN to H323) products.

Prior to Avaya, they worked at Dialogic from 2010 to 2013 as a Support Leader - Tier 1. Before that, they held the position of Senior Maintenance Engineer at Veraz Networks from 2003 to 2010. Michael started their career at ECI Telecom as a Field Services Engineer from 2000 to 2003.

Overall, Michael Azer has gained extensive experience in quality assurance, performance testing, bug tracking, and field services throughout their career.

Michael Azer completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Shenkar from 1992 to 1996. In 1997 to 1998, they pursued an advanced course in the field of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Techniques at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
