Pascal Forster

Pascal Forster is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Managing Partner at forster & people since August 2023. Forster co-founded and is a member of the Board of Directors at Cynos AG, a leading digital compliance company for financial intermediaries in Switzerland, and has been involved with World.Minds since January 2006 as a co-founder and member of the Board of Trustees, fostering a global community focused on deep understanding across various fields. Additionally, Forster co-founded CfC St. Moritz, a global conference on financial innovation, and played a significant role in establishing Crypto Finance AG and XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences, both of which have successfully exited to strategic investors.
