In Pakistan Cynosure was incorporated as Cynosure Consultants (Pvt) Ltd in August 2009 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984) and the company is limited by shares . In Canada, Cynosure International Inc. was incorporated in 2019 as a Federally registered company under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
