Cynosure Architecture is a Western Australian design studio focused on thoughtful, high-performance homes that feel calm, enduring, and deeply connected to place.

Led by registered architect and Certified Passive House Designer Matt Burleigh, the practice works across Perth and the South West, designing homes that balance refined architecture with practical, livable outcomes. Each project begins with a careful understanding of how clients live and how the site itself can shape the architecture.

The studio’s work often incorporates Passive House principles, passive solar design, and carefully detailed building envelopes to improve comfort, durability, and long-term energy performance.

Cynosure Architecture works across new homes, major renovations, and high-performance retrofits, with a focus on creating architecture that is restrained, buildable, and timeless.
