Hand on heart: Do you know exactly which appliance in your house is guzzling electricity and when? Most homes today are energetic "black boxes." Over 55% of power consumption goes unnoticed – that’s expensive waste and bad for the planet.

We’re changing that. Finally, a solution that makes sense.

We’ve developed an intelligent electrical panel that integrates AI and NILM technology to break down energy flow in real-time for every single device. Using integrated high-frequency sensors and AI, our system decodes all electrical loads in the house in real-time from a single central measurement point. For the energy market, this precise load forecasting provides the technological foundation for highly profitable participation in Virtual Power Plants (VPP).

Does that sound like Deep Tech? You’re right. 🙂‍↔️ But for you, it’s completely stress-free: OCTi, your AI-powered Chief Energy Officer, is by your side via our app. Because he’s so smart, he analyzes your usage patterns and creates a personal energy profile for you – fully automated and precise. As a homeowner, this gives you full transparency over consumption peaks, standby losses, and tips for predictive maintenance. And if you ever have excess power, OCTi sells it for you on the energy market, simple as that.

What does this mean for you? Your solar power will be:
✅ 42% more efficiently used
✅ 2.2x more profitably sold

The result for your wallet and the environment:
✅ Up to €2,500 financial benefit per year
✅ 400 kg CO2 reduction per year
