William Barnes has over 30 years of experience serving and supporting various branches of the US military as a uniformed officer, DA civilian, and contractor. William has held roles as a Cyber Engineer, Network Engineer, IA Architectural Engineer, IANO, and Senior Network Engineer. William'sresponsibilities have included system security accreditation planning and maintenance, network design, pro-active network management, vulnerability assessment and correction, and project scheduling. William has also held roles in avionics and aircraft electrical systems.
William Barnes earned an Associate's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force between 1984 and 2002. In addition, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Yuba College from 1985 to 1989. It is unknown if they completed a degree in this field.
