Sayed Hussein

Sayed Hussein has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and support. Sayed started their career as a CS Instructor at Cybersoft, where they taught computer science subjects to middle-level students. Sayed then moved on to System Middle East (SME), where they worked as both a Senior Application Support Specialist and an Application Support and Customer Care Engineer. At SME, they handled various responsibilities such as defining application problems, implementing and training on queue management systems, and providing support for trading applications and platforms.

After their tenure at SME, Sayed Hussein joined the American International School of Egypt as a Senior Application Developer & Support. During this time, they gained expertise in application development and support. Sayed then transitioned to DocuSign, where they served as a Developer Support Engineer II. In this role, they worked closely with customer and ISV developers, offering technical assistance and expertise on DocuSign's API, authentication, and SDKs. Sayed also contributed to bug reporting, knowledge base articles, and developer webinars.

Currently, Sayed Hussein is a Support Engineer at CYPHER LEARNING, providing assistance and support to customers. Their extensive background in application development, support, and technical expertise make him a valuable asset in the technology industry.

Sayed Hussein completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Minia University, graduating with a score of 77.64% from 2008 to 2011. Sayed has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. In 2021, they obtained the certifications of DocuSign eSignature API Specialist and DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist from DocuSign. In the same year, they also completed the Full Stack Developer certification from Udacity. In 2020, they acquired certifications in Artificial Intelligence Intro, Cloud Intro, Deploy Apps Using DevOps, Getting Started with IBM Cloud V2, Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS, and Web Development from IBM. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Developing Asp.Net MVC4 Web App and Developing Windows Azure & Web Services from Microsoft in 2019. Looking ahead, Sayed Hussein is planning to obtain the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023.
