The Centre for Youth Work Practice Harnessing Evidence & Research (CYPHER) is the only youth work charity in Singapore that utilises an evidence-based and peer-reviewed framework for youth interventions developed specifically for the local context. Through our services, we aim to advance professional practice and strengthen the evidence base of youth work as well as allied helping professions, remaining the only charity in Singapore dedicated exclusively to this mission.

CYPHER is a registered charity (UEN: 201942228D) and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
