Harry Sim has over 30 years of professional experience. Harry began their career in 1982 as President of Sim Computer Services. In 1986, they joined GE Aerospace as Manager of Integration and Test. Two years later, they were promoted to Payload Director for Mission STS-40 at NASA Mission Control in Houston, TX. In 1995, they joined Honeywell Asia Pacific as Vice-President and General Manager, and then moved on to Director of Business Development and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. In 1999, they became President of myConstruction.com. In 2001, they joined Honeywell International as Vice President of Strategy. In 2003, they moved to Honeywell Process Solutions as VP Global Marketing. Finally, in 2006, they became the CEO of Cypress Envirosystems.

Harry Sim received their BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University between 1980 and 1985. Harry then continued their education at Stanford, obtaining a BS in Mechanical Engineering between 1980 and 1985. In 1984, they completed an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Finally, they completed an MBA from INSEAD in 1992.
