Paula Mitchell

Paula Mitchell has a long and varied work experience. Paula began their career at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works in 1982 as the Director of Supply Chain. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process for construction/facilities, general procurement, outside production, raw materials, supplies and services, and special technologies. Paula then moved to Cadence Design Systems in 2000, where they served as Vice President of Finance, Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. In this role, they were responsible for worldwide preliminary analysis, due diligence, transition planning, integration and performance measurement for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and alliances. In 2013, Paula joined Make-A-Wish Arizona as the CFO/COO. Paula then moved to PMFC in 1999 as the Managing Director, providing Merger and Acquisition and Financial Consulting services for Executive Teams. In 2016, Paula joined Arx Nimbus LLC as the CFO, aligning cybersecurity strategy with corporate strategy. Finally, in 2016, they joined CYR3CON as the Chief Financial Officer, managing Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.

Paula Mitchell graduated from Arizona State University in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Paula then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Woodbury University in 1995, with a focus in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Government Contracting from California State University, Northridge.
