Mark Whitney

Mark Whitney is currently an advisor at CYRISMA. Prior to that, they were the information and HIPAA security officer at Hospital & Health Center Inc. from September 2012 to August 2015. Before that, they were a Sr. Information Security Consultant at Pervasive Solutions from November 2010 to August 2012 where they served as a Virtual Information Security Officer for various clients. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Global Technical Services at BorgWarner from September 1984 to October 2006 where they were responsible for Data Center Operations, IT Security, Service Desk/Help Desk, Telecommunications, Disaster Recovery, IT Customer Relationships, Local and Wide Area Networking, Desktop Services and Engineering support.

Mark Whitney studied industrial relations and computer science at college, before going on to get a certification in Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) from the Credit Union National Association. Mark also has a certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC(2)).
