Christopher Saglibene has over a decade of experience in the IT and data center industry, currently serving as Manager of the Global Service Desk at CyrusOne since July 2015, where responsibilities include supervising Tier I, II, and III technicians across multiple facilities. Prior roles include Systems Engineer Tier III, where Christopher provided design and support for customer compute and storage environments, and Systems Engineer Tier II, offering daily support for over 100 managed customers. Previous experience at Cervalis included similar responsibilities at the Tier II level, along with a stint as a Data Center Technician (Shift-Lead), focusing on hardware configuration and remote support. Christopher holds an educational background from Stony Brook University.
