Eli Henson

Eli Henson is the Director of Operations Engineering at CyrusOne, a role they have held since 2025, leading a team to achieve operational excellence in global data centers. Previously, Eli worked as a Senior Applications Engineer Team Lead at Siemens Industry US and held various engineering and managerial roles at Microsoft, where they focused on critical environment management and engineering excellence. Eli served in the United States Marine Corps, where they developed leadership and technical skills as a Communications Officer and Executive Officer. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Idaho in 2009.
