May Heffer

May Heffer is the Vice President of Global Operations at CyTech International. Previously, May worked as a Senior Operation Specialist at SCSK Asia Pacific Pte.Ltd. where May was responsible for end user support, continuous service desk enhancement, end user training, asset management, procurement, contract and vendor management, and eLearning. Prior to that, May held positions at Accenture, IT Enabler Consultancy Pte Ltd, M1 Limited, and Sykes Philippines. May has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.
