Anna Łęcka is an Associate Director in Statistical Programming with extensive experience in complex statistical programming and data analysis. Currently at Cytel, Anna focuses on building a new programming hub for Central and Eastern Europe and leading the transition from SAS to R within the team. Previously, Anna held roles at Parexel, where responsibilities included project leadership and team management. Anna earned a Master's degree in Data Analysis from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Risk Management from Politechnika Warszawska. In addition to a professional career, Anna enjoys hobbies such as knitting, swimming, martial arts, cycling, jogging, dancing, and yoga.
