Charles Warne

Charles Warne has extensive work experience in the field of biostatistics, with roles in various companies. Charles is currently working as an Associate Director of Biostatistics at Cytel since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Director of Biostatistics at Tessa Therapeutics Ltd from February 2020 to June 2020, and as an Associate Director of Biometrics from July 2018 to February 2020 in the same company. Before that, Charles worked at Roche as a Senior Statistical Scientist from October 2016 to June 2018 and as a Statistical Scientist from October 2013 to September 2016. Charles also has experience at PAREXEL, where they served as a Senior Biostatistician from October 2012 to October 2013 and as a Biostatistician II from August 2011 to October 2012. Charles started their career at Cancer Council Victoria as a Research Fellow and Biostatistician from January 2008 to June 2011, and at ANZICS as a Research Assistant from January 2007 to December 2007.

Charles Warne has an extensive education history. Charles obtained a Master of Biostatistics degree from the University of Melbourne, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Epidemiology at the same university from 2007 to 2009. In 2005 to 2006, Charles pursued a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on International Public Health at Monash University. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from the University of Melbourne, which they acquired between 2000 and 2003, with a specialization in Immunology & Anthropology.

In addition to their formal education, Charles also acquired a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University through an online platform called Coursera. Charles completed this certification in September 2020.
