Emily Ding has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Emily currently works at Cytel as a Human Resources Partner since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PPD as a Sr Recruiter from April 2020 to March 2022, and as a Recruiter from August 2018 to April 2020. Before joining PPD, Emily worked as an HR Manager at Precision Scientific (Beijing) CO,. LTD. from September 2016 to August 2018. Emily began their career at Novozymes, where they held the roles of Business Supporter from July 2013 to August 2016 and Intern from June 2013 to July 2014.

Emily Ding earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Renmin University of China from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from Shandong Normal University, which they studied from 2010 to 2014.
