Simon Little

Simon Little has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Simon is currently working at Cytel as the Senior Director of Portfolio Leadership. Prior to that, Simon held various roles at PAREXEL, including Director of Project Management Processes in the Integrated Delivery Enablement Office. At PAREXEL, they led the development of effective operating models and standards for project delivery and oversight, as well as global training programs for Global Project Leadership. Simon also worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Program Operations Leader in the Global Development department.

Before joining Regeneron, Simon had a long tenure at PAREXEL, where they held multiple positions such as Director of Clinical Operations in Observational Research and Country Head for the UK & Ire in Global Monitoring Operations. Prior to PAREXEL, Simon worked at i3 Research as the Manager of Global Strategic Outsourcing, overseeing a team delivering study management services. Simon was also responsible for resource management and financial efficiency. Simon began their career at Roche Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles including EDC Project Leader, Global Study Manager, and Global Clinical Operations Associate. Simon started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Innovex.
