Ada Li has a diverse background in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Ada began career as a Recruitment Researcher at NICHOLSON from 1997 to 2001 and then transitioned to HR consulting at PwC from 2001 to 2003. Subsequent roles included Region Staffing Manager at B&Q (2003-2005) and Staffing Service Manager at Intel (2007-2008). From 2008 to 2012, Ada served as HR Business Partner at Intel Research Institute, focusing on organizational development and other HR services. Following this, Ada held the position of Head of Human Resources for Life Sciences at GE Healthcare from October 2017 to April 2020, managing workforce planning, succession plans, performance management, and employee engagement. Currently, since April 2020, Ada continues to promote human resources initiatives as the Country Human Resources Manager at Cytiva. Ada holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Beijing University of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2011.
