Previously, Howard held leadership roles at GE, managing supplier quality and procurement strategies across multiple divisions. Howard earned a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government/Management from the State University of New York at Albany.
