John Orciani has a robust background in biomanufacturing and training management, with experience spanning multiple roles in prominent organizations. Beginning as a Manufacturing Associate at Lonza, John worked on downstream purification processes, later advancing to a Sr. Manufacturing Technician position at Genzyme, focusing on upstream purification. Subsequently, John held roles as a Flex Factory Training Manager at both GE Healthcare and Cytiva, where responsibilities included analyzing training needs, developing technical courses, and supporting global training initiatives. Prior experience also encompassed a decade at Allegro MicroSystems, where John was involved in quality enhancement and training coordination. John holds a biomanufacturing certificate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems at Quinsigamond Community College.
