Maxime Dupard

Maxime Dupard is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cytiva, responsible for HR functions across France and the EMEA Bioprocess Commercial sectors. With extensive experience spanning various organizations, including GE Vernova and GE Renewable Energy, Maxime has managed HR strategies for hundreds of employees, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, and compliance. Maxime began their career at Carrefour and Alstom before earning a Master’s degree in Human Resources Law from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
