Maxwell Dumerant is currently an R&D Manager V&V at Cytiva, having previously held positions as Associate Test Engineer, Test Engineer, and Lead Test Engineer within the company. They are also a soldier in the Air National Guard, building upon their earlier service in the Army National Guard. Maxwell completed a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as a Master of Science in Polymer/Plastics Engineering. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Technical Intern at Leonardo DRS and as a System Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat. Prior to their technical roles, Maxwell worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy from 2014 to 2020.
