Michael Gode

Michael Gode is currently the Global DBS Director Fundamentals at Cytiva, bringing over 24 years of professional experience to the role. Previously, they held various positions at Radiometer from 2000 to 2022, starting as Sales- and Marketing Controller and progressing to Manager, where they played a pivotal role in the implementation of management information systems and lean conversion processes. Throughout their career at Radiometer, Michael significantly contributed to the development of lean practices and the education of numerous DBS resources globally. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration and began their career as a Business Consultant in various industries.
