Roy Prieb

Roy Prieb's work experience is as follows:

1. From March 2021 to present, they served as CFO at CytoAgents, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing pharmaceutical products for the treatment of Cytokine Release Syndrome.

2. From August 2021 to December 2022, they worked as CFO at SureClinical, a provider of FDA and EU compliance validated health science cloud applications.

3. From August 2016 to January 2021, they served as COO/CFO and Co-Founder at Kleo Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biotech company developing novel immunotherapies.

4. From January 2008 to August 2016, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in online growth opportunities and venture financing strategies.

5. From January 2010 to January 2013, they were a partner and co-founder at Saaspire, LLC, a web agency specializing in personalized content solutions.

6. From August 2005 to January 2008, they worked as COO/CFO and Co-Founder at Kellogg Media Group, a media company.
