Andy Gorzynski

Andy Gorzynski, MBA, currently serves as the Payer Account Director at Cytokinetics, where responsibilities include implementing strategies for formulary placement and reimbursement across payer customers, along with negotiating cost-effective contracting strategies. Prior to this role, Andy spent 15 years at Novartis, holding positions such as Associate Director for U.S. Managed Markets, focusing on account leadership for Regional customers in the Western U.S., and Senior Federal Account Manager, responsible for executing strategies for Department of Defense and Veteran’s Health System markets. Andy earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from California State University-Long Beach.
