Daniel Chen

Daniel Chen is an experienced professional in the field of bioinformatics, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Cytokinetics since October 2015. In this role, Daniel manages support for several research applications, including IDBS ActivityBase, IDBS E-Workbook, IDBS XLFit, Pipeline Pilot, SpotFire, and Accelyrs Logistics. Prior to this, Daniel held positions as a Manager and Informatics Developer III at Cytokinetics. Daniel's career began with an Informatics Intern role at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, where responsibilities included supporting scientific applications and assisting in the testing and documentation of new applications. Daniel holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of California, Merced.
