Cytosolix is an oncology drug development company targeting tumor acidity to expand the therapeutic index of small molecule cancer drugs.

Our proprietary Tumor-Activated Permeability (TAP) platform replaces variable groups on known, tox-limited oncology compounds with ionic TAP moieties. This selectively concentrates drug activity at the tumor site – increasing target saturation, enabling continuous dosing, and reducing systemic toxicity.

In preclinical models, TAP has overcome key dose-limiting toxicities including myelosuppression (neutropenia and anemia) and systemic hormonal toxicities.

• Applicable across ~95% of solid tumor types. 
• Works with small molecules, molecular glues, PROTACs, radiotherapies, and ADC warheads.

• Multiple preclinical candidates targeting prostate, breast, ovarian, colorectal, head & neck, and lung cancers.  
• Cytosolix is building a pipeline of first-in-class and best-in-class NCEs and partnering with pharma to apply TAP broadly across oncology.
