Itzik Amiel is currently the Director of Customer Success at CYTRIX, having previously served as the Director of Global Project Management at EasySend. With a strong background in project management across both emerging and established global companies, Itzik has demonstrated expertise in leading complex technical projects and managing diverse teams across regions including Israel, Europe, the U.S., and APAC. Itzik's previous roles at NICE Ltd included significant managerial positions where they effectively met project KPIs, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
