Cassandra D. has work experience in the cybersecurity industry. Cassandra worked as a CyberSecurity Services - Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) professional at a confidential company from 2018 onwards. In 2021, they became the Atlanta Chapter President of Cyversity, a non-profit cybersecurity organization that promotes diversity and empowerment. Prior to that, they were a Women In Security SIG Liaison at the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and later became the Director of Speaker Relations & Director of Career Development at the ISSA - Metro Atlanta Chapter in 2018.

Cassandra D. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences.
