Monique HEAD is a strategic and bilingual education leader with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing training programs. They served as the Head of Security Education & Awareness at Netflix from 2021 to 2023 and have held various leadership roles in information security training at companies such as PayPal and Palo Alto Networks. Currently, Monique is the Founder and CEO of CyberTorial, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young women of color in cybersecurity. Additionally, they manage the security education curriculum for Cyversity and co-chair the Human Element track for the RSA Conference. Monique’s work emphasizes fostering diversity and inclusion within the cybersecurity field.
