Bhaven Panchal

Bhaven Panchal has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity, service delivery, and IT infrastructure. Bhaven currently holds the position of Senior Director, Head of Global Service Delivery at Cyware, where they drive the delivery function globally and engages with executives and senior leaders from various sectors such as banking, finance, manufacturing, and health. Bhaven also manages cybersecurity programs, incident response, security operations, cloud security, and vendor management. Prior to their current role, Bhaven served as the Director of Service Delivery and Principal Program Manager at Cyware.

Before joining Cyware, Bhaven worked at Network Intelligence as a Cyber Security Manager, leading and managing a team in the Cyber Security Operations Center for HDFC Bank Limited. Bhaven was responsible for overseeing services such as security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, SIEM administration, and advanced correlation security use case management.

Earlier in their career, Bhaven gained experience at EY as a Consultant and at Saint-Gobain as a Senior Security Engineer, where they managed security monitoring solutions, endpoint security solutions, and SSL/TLS certificates. Bhaven also served as a Service Desk Team Lead at Saint-Gobain, handling escalations and mentoring the team.

Bhaven's career began at National Holidays - India, where they worked as a System Administrator. Bhaven was responsible for providing IT solutions, implementing network and server infrastructure, and developing IT infrastructure for new requirements.

Throughout their career, Bhaven has consistently showcased strong cybersecurity expertise and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities and meet customer expectations.

Bhaven Panchal earned a Bachelor of Computer Application in Information Technology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Bhaven also obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2018, they received the ITIL FOUNDATION certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2019, they earned a Bachelor of Computer Application certification from World Education Services. In 2020, Bhaven obtained the IBM Resilient SOAR Foundations certification from IBM. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA. Additionally, they acquired the IBM Certified Associate Administrator - Security QRadar SIEM V7.2.8 certification from IBM in 2018.
