Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Raj currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Cyware since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Finance Manager (Global) at Jiffle Technologies Pvt Ltd from July 2013 to November 2021. During their time at Jiffle Technologies, they played a key role in setting up the initial finance team, implementing payroll software, and creating processes and policies for the company. Raj also successfully implemented a new commission policy and managed payroll payouts, resulting in significant annual savings for the company.

Before joining Jiffle Technologies, Raj worked as an Assistant Manager - Finance at InMobi (previously mKhoj Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) from March 2009 to May 2013. Raj was involved in various finance responsibilities including payroll implementation, setup of provident fund, accounting, monthly closure of accounts, and liaising with banks, consultants, and auditors. Prior to that, they worked at Dell International Services Pvt. Ltd as an Advisor - HR Service Center from January 2007 to March 2009, where they implemented audit controls and led cross-functional teams for process automation.

Raj's earlier work experience includes roles at Siemens Information Systems Ltd as an Associate Manager - Payroll from August 2005 to January 2007, Symphony Services as a Senior Associate - Accounting / Payroll from April 2000 to August 2005, and Hecny Group as a Finance Executive from April 1998 to April 2000. Throughout their career, Raj has demonstrated a strong ability to manage payroll, financial reporting, and accounting functions, as well as a track record of successful implementation of process improvements.

Raj Kumar attended AIITC from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a PGDBA degree in Finance. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Bangalore University from 1990 to 1995, earning a B'com degree with a focus on Accounts, Incometax, and Audit.
