小磊白 is currently the Director of the Industry Innovation Center at 创业邦, where they focus on high-growth projects related to cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and artificial intelligence. Since 2018, they have contributed to major entrepreneurial events and collaborated on initiatives like an innovation center in Hangzhou with Qualcomm and Zhongke Chuangda. Previously, 小磊 served as a Partner at SIEC GROUP Limited, promoting overseas real estate projects, and held positions at 惠普沈阳分公司 and 中国卡秀国际传媒集团. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from 东北大学 in 2012.
