Will Springer

Will Springer is a Strategic Initiatives Advisor at D.C. United, where they oversee HR functions and lead key projects for senior leadership. They also run Springer Management Group as President, providing outsourced CFO services and executive recruiting across various industries including finance, real estate, and sports. Will has previously held roles in sales management at OpenTable and as a sales director at Oracle, alongside their early experience at USC Shoah Foundation Institute in communications and research. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Pitzer College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business.
