Quentin Sebastian

Quentin Sebastian has been in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. In 2010, they began their career at Braves Technologies as a Global Talent Manager, Senior Technical Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, and Bench Sales Executive. In 2021, they co-founded Rent A Sourcer, a company focused on helping clients hire the right talent. Quentin also worked as a Global Talent Sourcer for Fabric Group and as a Talent Sourcer for d-Matrix Corporation. At d-Matrix, they were responsible for ushering in a new way of doing datacenter AI inferencing using in-memory computing techniques.

Quentin Sebastian completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources Management and Services from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2018 and 2020.
